1. 服務內容

幻霧誌異是以真實移動與現場拍照為核心的探索記錄。你可以探訪、點亮迷霧、拾景建立雙面卡片，並在登入後要求「化靈」由伺服器非同步生成幻世背面。化靈不保證即時完成，也不保證每一次都能成功。

2. 帳戶

未登入可以探訪與在裝置上建立現世卡片。Sign in with Apple 或 Google 用於保存、同步與化靈。你應對帳戶安全負責。我們得在濫用、違法或危害他人時暫停或終止帳戶。營運後台另以許可清單中的 Google 帳號登入，與旅人帳戶分開。

3. 現場照片與化靈

拾景只使用 App 內相機。人臉不會收入誌異。登入後，每一張有效拾景都會上傳到我們的伺服器保存，並用於化靈、安全過濾、除錯與改進辨識／生成。裝置上仍會保留一份。化靈另會產生處理用複本，目標在完成、失敗或最長 24 小時後刪除。生成的幻世圖像屬服務產出，會與你的卡片一併保存。

4. 照片與訓練授權（訓練為可選）

使用帳戶、同步與化靈，需要我們上傳並保存你的現場照片。把已上傳、且不含人臉的照片用於改進幻霧誌異的辨識、安全過濾與生成品質，是另一項可選的授權；開啟時也包含委託處理的供應商在我們指示下的品質改善。此授權：

• 不包含人臉辨識或身份識別；
• 不包含把原始照片圖庫對外販售；
• 可在旅人頁隨時關閉「照片用於 AI 訓練」，關閉不影響登入、同步或化靈。終止帳戶後，雲端個人資料、探訪格子、幻形圖與現場照都會刪除，並撤銷 Sign in with Apple 的授權；旅人通行（訂閱）不會自動取消，請自行到 App Store 取消。

5. 禁止事項

不得上傳他人肖像作為化靈材料、不得以非現場方式規避相機政策、不得干擾服務、不得利用本服務侵害他人權利或違反法律。

5A. 使用者內容與零容忍政策

好友動態會顯示其他旅人上傳、分享的內容（現世照片、雙面卡片、筆記等使用者內容）。你要為自己上傳或分享的內容負全部責任，並確保擁有必要的權利。對令人反感的內容，我們採取零容忍：

• 嚴禁上傳或分享令人反感、騷擾、霸凌、仇恨、威脅、暴力、色情、非法或侵害他人智慧財產與隱私的內容，違者零容忍。
• 你可以在 App 內檢舉任何不當內容或濫用行為，也可以封鎖其他使用者；被封鎖者的內容不會再出現在你的好友動態。
• 收到檢舉後，我們會盡快、最遲在 24 小時內審視，移除違規內容，並視情節停用或終止違規者的帳號。
• 若要檢舉、申訴或尋求協助，也可寫信到 support@mythfog.com。

6. 免責

探索請注意交通與自身安全。定位、迷霧、生成結果與食物畫面的熱量／營養估計都可能不正確。熱量不是檢驗、營養標示或醫療建議。服務按現況提供。在法律允許範圍內，我們對間接損害不負責任。

6A. 平安確認

登入後可設一位緊急聯絡人 Email，並按「報平安」。探訪中明顯移動也算確認。這是聯絡與提醒工具，不是緊急救援。我們不會自動報警、叫救護車或聯絡政府機關。逾時只代表 24 小時內既沒有按按鈕、探訪中也沒有明顯移動，不代表已發生事故。Email 不保證即時送達或被閱讀。聯絡人必須先接受邀請才會收到逾時通知。信裡可能附上最後留下的位置，該位置可能已過時。

6B. 飛行誌

登入後可搜航班號與日期列出航班，也可把行程信轉到 inbound.mythfog.com 的專屬地址。機票是計畫；出發日到了才記入飛行距離。查過與確認過的班會留在共用目錄。匯入或新增不會點亮迷霧，飛行距離不與 GPS 探訪距離加總。轉寄信件的主旨與內文最多留 90 天，只用於解析失敗時重試與排查問題，撤回同意當下刪除。

6C. 自動續訂訂閱（旅人通行）

「旅人通行」（MythFog Pass）是年費自動續訂訂閱，透過 Apple App Store 購買，價格以 App Store 顯示為準。權益為匯入外部歷史資料（Flighty、Fog of World）、靈機上限提高至 5 格、探訪守護可設 3 位守護者。除非在本期到期前至少 24 小時取消，訂閱會自動續訂，並在到期前 24 小時內向你的 Apple 帳號收取下一年的費用。購買後可隨時在 App Store 帳號設定的「訂閱」中管理或取消，取消後可用到本期結束。退款依 Apple 的規定辦理，請向 Apple 申請。更換裝置或重新安裝時可用「回復購買」。我們可能調整權益內容或價格；價格變動會依 Apple 程序事先通知並取得同意。

6D. 生活足跡與 AI 回顧（選用，需你主動開啟）

「生活足跡」預設關閉。你在 App 內自己開啟、並在系統對話框允許定位權限之後才會開始記錄；只有再允許「永遠」權限，記錄才會在你沒開著 App 的時候延續。隨時可以暫停或關掉。「AI 記憶與回顧」另外需要你的明確同意才會啟用；撤回同意後我們立刻停止送出，並刪除伺服器端已建立的索引。這兩項的產出——停留、旅程切分、回顧文字——都是推測，可能不準確，不得當作行程證明或法律證據，也不是導航或醫療建議。你可以在 App 內清除某一天的足跡、刪除全部位置紀錄、匯出資料與刪除帳號；這些權利不需要訂閱。資料怎麼處理，詳見隱私權政策。

7. 變更與準據法

條款更新時會改版本號；若你已登入，下次開啟 App 可能需要重新同意。本條款以中華民國法律為準據法，爭議得由臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

1. The service

MythFog is an exploration record built on real movement and on-site photos. You can visit, light fog, capture two-sided cards, and after sign-in request manifestation so the server can later write the myth face. Manifestation is not instant and is not guaranteed to succeed every time.

2. Accounts

Without signing in you can visit and keep reality cards on the device. Sign in with Apple or Google is for save, sync, and manifestation. You are responsible for account security. We may suspend or end an account for abuse, unlawful use, or harm to others. The operations console uses a separate allowlisted Google login, not traveler accounts.

3. Field photos and manifestation

Capture uses the in-app camera only. Faces are not taken into the chronicle. After sign-in, every valid capture is uploaded and kept for manifestation, safety filtering, debugging, and improving recognition and generation. A copy also stays on the device. Manifestation makes a working copy that we aim to delete after success, failure, or at most 24 hours. Generated myth images are service output and stay with your card.

4. Photo and training license (training is optional)

Using an account, sync, and manifestation requires that we upload and keep your field photos. Using those uploaded, faceless photos to improve MythFog recognition, safety filtering, and generation is a separate, optional license; while it is on it also covers quality work by processors acting on our instructions. This license:

• does not include face recognition or identifying a person;
• does not include selling your original photo library to others;
• can be turned off at any time on the traveler page, and turning it off does not affect sign-in, sync, or manifestation. After you end the account, cloud personal fields, visit cells, myth images, and field photos are all deleted, and the Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked; MythFog Pass does not cancel itself, so cancel it in the App Store.

5. Prohibited use

Do not upload someone else’s likeness as manifestation material, bypass the on-site camera policy, interfere with the service, or use MythFog to infringe rights or break the law.

5A. User content and zero tolerance

The friends feed shows content other travelers upload and share (reality photos, two-sided cards, notes, and other user content). You are fully responsible for what you upload or share and must hold the rights to it. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content:

• Uploading or sharing objectionable, harassing, bullying, hateful, threatening, violent, pornographic, unlawful, or infringing content is strictly forbidden — zero tolerance.
• You can report any objectionable content or abusive user from inside the app, and you can block other users; a blocked user’s content no longer appears in your friends feed.
• After a report we review it as fast as we can and within 24 hours at the latest, remove violating content, and suspend or terminate the offender’s account as warranted.
• To report, appeal, or ask for help you can also email support@mythfog.com.

6. Disclaimer

Watch traffic and your own safety while exploring. Location, fog, generated results, and calorie / nutrient estimates from food photos can be wrong. Those estimates are not lab tests, nutrition labels, or medical advice. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss.

6A. Safety check-in

After sign-in you may add one emergency contact email and tap I'm safe. Moving on a visit also counts. This is a contact and reminder tool, not emergency rescue. We do not call police, an ambulance, or government agencies. A missed check-in only means 24 hours passed with no tap and no real movement on a visit, not that an accident happened. Email is not guaranteed to arrive or be read at once. The contact is emailed only after they accept an invite. The notice may include the last stored location, which may be old.

6B. Flight journal

After sign-in you may search by flight number and date, and you may forward itinerary mail to a private inbound.mythfog.com address. A ticket is a plan; flight distance counts on the departure date. Lookups and confirmed flights stay in a shared catalog. Added flights do not light fog, and flight distance is never added to GPS visit distance. The subject and body of forwarded mail are kept up to 90 days, only to retry when reading fails and to investigate problems, and are deleted as soon as you revoke consent.

6C. Auto-renewing subscription (MythFog Pass)

MythFog Pass is a yearly auto-renewing subscription bought through the Apple App Store, priced as the App Store shows. It unlocks importing external history (Flighty, Fog of World), a higher Ink cap of 5, and up to 3 guardians in Visit Guardian. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple account is charged for the next year within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in Subscriptions under your App Store account settings; after cancelling, the Pass runs to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Apple's rules and are requested from Apple. Restore purchases brings it back on a new device or reinstall. We may change the benefits or the price; a price change is announced in advance and needs your consent under Apple's process.

6D. Life trail and AI recaps (optional, only if you turn them on)

The life trail is off by default. Recording starts only after you turn it on yourself and allow location in the system dialog, and it continues while the app is closed only if you also allow Always. You can pause or turn it off at any time. AI memory and recaps need your separate, explicit consent; when you withdraw it we stop sending immediately and delete the index already built on the server. What these features produce — stays, how journeys are split, recap text — is inference and can be wrong. It is not proof of travel, not legal evidence, and not navigation or medical advice. In the app you can clear one day of trail, delete your whole location history, export your data, and delete the account; none of these rights need a subscription. The privacy policy has the data details.

7. Changes and governing law

A terms update changes the version number; if you are signed in, the next app open may ask you to agree again. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taipei District Court may be the court of first instance.

1. サービス内容

幻霧誌異は、実際の移動と現場の写真を核にした探訪の記録です。探訪し、霧を灯し、両面カードを拾景できます。ログイン後は「化霊」を依頼し、サーバが非同期で幻世の裏を書きます。化霊は即時完了を約束せず、毎回成功することも約束しません。

2. アカウント

未ログインでも探訪でき、端末上に現世カードを作れます。Sign in with Apple または Google は保存、同期、化霊のためです。アカウントの安全はあなたが責任を負います。濫用、違法、他者への危害があるときは停止または終了できます。運営コンソールは許可した Google アカウントで入り、旅人アカウントとは別です。

3. 現場写真と化霊

拾景はアプリ内カメラだけです。顔は誌異に入れません。ログイン後、有効な拾景はサーバへ上がり、化霊、安全フィルタ、デバッグ、認識／生成の改善に使います。端末にも控えが残ります。化霊は作業用の複製を作り、成功、失敗、または最長 24 時間後の削除を目標にします。生成された幻世画像はサービスの産出で、カードと一緒に残ります。

4. 写真と学習の許諾（学習は任意）

アカウント、同期、化霊を使うには、現場写真のアップロードと保存が必要です。アップロード済みで顔のない写真を、認識、安全フィルタ、生成品質の改善に使うことは、別の任意の許諾です。入れている間は、指示の下で処理する委託先の品質改善も含みます。この許諾は：

• 顔認識や身元の特定を含みません。
• 元の写真ライブラリを外部へ売ることを含みません。
• 旅人の設定でいつでも切れます。切ってもログイン、同期、化霊には影響しません。アカウント終了後、クラウドの個人情報・探訪格子・幻形・現場写真はすべて削除し、Sign in with Apple の許可も取り消します。MythFog Pass は自動では解約されないので、App Store で解約してください。

5. 禁止事項

他人の肖像を化霊材料にしてはいけません。現場でない方法でカメラ方針を迂回してはいけません。サービスを妨げてはいけません。権利侵害や違法な利用はできません。

5A. ユーザーコンテンツとゼロトレランス

友だちのフィードには、他の旅人がアップロード・共有した内容（現世の写真、両面カード、メモなどのユーザーコンテンツ）が表示されます。自分がアップロード・共有する内容には全責任を負い、必要な権利を持っていなければなりません。不快なコンテンツにはゼロトレランスで臨みます：

• 不快、嫌がらせ、いじめ、差別、脅迫、暴力、わいせつ、違法、または他者の権利を侵害する内容のアップロード・共有は固く禁じます。ゼロトレランスです。
• アプリ内で不適切な内容や迷惑なユーザーを通報でき、他のユーザーをブロックもできます。ブロックした相手の内容は、あなたの友だちフィードに表示されなくなります。
• 通報を受けたら、できるだけ早く、遅くとも 24 時間以内に確認し、違反内容を削除し、必要に応じて違反者のアカウントを停止または終了します。
• 通報・異議申し立て・サポートは support@mythfog.com へメールでもできます。

6. 免責

探訪では交通と自身の安全に注意してください。位置、霧、生成結果、食べ物の写真から見積もる熱量／栄養は誤ることがあります。見積もりは検査、栄養表示、医療助言ではありません。サービスは現状有姿で提供します。法律が許す範囲で、間接損害には責任を負いません。

6A. 平安確認

ログイン後、緊急連絡先 Email を一人設定し、「報平安」を押せます。探訪中の移動も確認になります。連絡とリマインダの道具であり、救援ではありません。警察、救急、行政へ自動連絡しません。期限超過は 24 時間ボタンも探訪の移動もないことだけを意味し、事故を意味しません。Email の即時到達や開封は保証しません。連絡先は招待を承認したあとだけ通知を受けます。通知には最後に残した位置が付くことがあり、古い場合があります。

6B. 飛行誌

ログイン後、便名と日付で検索でき、行程メールを inbound.mythfog.com の専用アドレスへ転送することもできます。切符は予定で、出発日が来ると飛行距離に入ります。調べた便と確定した便は共有の目録に残ります。追加した便は霧を灯さず、飛行距離は GPS 探訪距離に足しません。転送メールの件名と本文は最長 90 日保存し、読み取りに失敗したときの再試行と不具合の調査にだけ使い、同意を撤回した時点で削除します。

6C. 自動更新のサブスクリプション（MythFog Pass）

MythFog Pass（旅人パス）は Apple App Store で購入する年額の自動更新サブスクリプションで、価格は App Store の表示どおりです。外部の履歴の取り込み（Flighty、Fog of World）、Ink（霊機）の上限 5、探訪守護の守護者 3 人までが開きます。現在の期間の終了 24 時間前までに解約しないかぎり自動で更新され、期間終了前の 24 時間以内に次の一年分が Apple アカウントに請求されます。App Store のアカウント設定の「サブスクリプション」でいつでも管理・解約でき、解約後も支払った期間の終わりまで使えます。返金は Apple の規定に従い、Apple に申請してください。機種変更や再インストールのときは「購入の復元」を使えます。特典や価格は変わることがあります。価格の変更は Apple の手順に従って事前に知らせ、同意を得ます。

6D. 生活の足跡と AI の回顧（任意。自分で入れたときだけ）

「生活の足跡」の既定はオフです。自分でオンにし、システムの画面で位置情報を許可したあとに記録が始まります。アプリを開いていない間も続くのは、「常に」を許可したときだけです。いつでも一時停止・オフにできます。「AI の記憶と回顧」は別に明確な同意が要ります。撤回すると直ちに送信を止め、サーバ側にできている索引も削除します。これらが出す滞在・旅の区切り・回顧の文章は推測で、誤ることがあります。旅の証明にも法的な証拠にもならず、ナビゲーションや医療の助言でもありません。アプリの中で、ある一日の足跡の削除、位置履歴の全削除、データの書き出し、アカウントの削除ができます。これらの権利にサブスクリプションは要りません。データの扱いの詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

7. 変更と準拠法

規約を更新すると版が変わります。ログイン済みなら、次にアプリを開いたとき再同意が必要になることがあります。本規約は中華民国法に準拠し、紛争の第一審は台湾台北地方裁判所とすることができます。
